Returns and exchanges

Trading Card Boxes & Cases:

Due to the volatile trading card and memorabilia market, all sales of trading cards and autographed memorabilia are final. However, in some cases we may accept returns on the day that the package is received as long as the merchandise is still factory sealed and in it’s original condition. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact customer service at toddsmemorabilia@gmail.com. Returns not due to Todd’s Memorabilia error are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.

 

Apparel:

Clothing an other apparel returns are accepted provided that we are notified within 48 hours of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping to Todd’s Memorabilia.

Damaged Packages:

If packages are received damaged we should be notified immediately so that we can have that package returned to us and a new package issued. Do not open the carton to inspect if you feel damage has occurred. Please contact us first. Individual boxes inside the case cartons cannot be opened and once opened we cannot accept them for return.

In the event of damaged cards inside a carton due to a manufacturer production error, we will put you in contact with the manufacturer to help resolve the issue. Please note that the manufacturer replacement guarantee only lasts one year from the product release date in most cases but they would do their best to get you a fair resolution.
